  Welcome Email

  Once you join, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started.

  If you don’t see it, just let us know so we can make sure you’re receiving our messages.

  
  

  Monthly Date Announcements

  Each month, you'll receive both a text and an email introducing that month’s two mystery dates. From there, you’ll have two options:

  • Book a Private Date                                   Choose any day that works for your schedule, and we’ll plan the experience just for you.                                                                            
  • Join the Group Date                                         Opt into that month’s group outing if you'd like to share the experience with others.

  
  

  Membership Payments

  Your membership will auto-bill on the payment schedule you selected when you signed up. Billing continues until you decide to cancel.

  
  

  Costs for Each Date

  Activity/Event Fees:

  Listed individually for each experience and typically range from $20–$60 per person. These are charged when you book your date.

  
  

  Food & Drinks:

  Completely up to you and paid directly to the venue.

  Each date will include two price-point options to give you flexibility.

  
  

  Cancellation

  You can cancel your membership at any time with a quick text or email—no penalties or waiting periods.

  Group Events:

  Upon purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email and text.

  
  
  

  On the night before of the event, you will receive and email and text with the address for your mystery date. To maintain the suspense, try to avoid excessive googling. Rest assured, you are in good hands!

  Please aim to arrive within 15 minutes of the start time to ensure you don’t miss any part of the evening and to have some time to mingle and connect with other couples before the event begins.

  
  
  

  Expect the main experience to last around 2.5 to 3 hours, though many couples choose to stay longer and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Once the official activities conclude, you're welcome to remain at the venue as long as you'd like to continue the conversation and enjoy each other's company.

  A: Our indoor events typically feature a mix of seated and standing activities. There are always seating options available as needed.
